With nearly 30 years as a fundraising professional, I bring both insight and innovation to help your organization thrive. In a landscape where AI can generate text but not true understanding, I offer you the experience, nuance, and strategic clarity that effective fundraising requires.

My Services

  • My carefully crafted grant proposals and follow-up reporting will demonstrate to funders why your organization is the best positioned to do the work they want to support. Whether you need to stabilize revenue streams or pursue money for an aspirational project you have always wanted to tackle, I will research and submit the grants that are right for you.

    • $750 per grant application

    • $500 additional for each report required in the award contract

  • Given the appropriate tools, a board can be a powerful partner in furthering your mission. Consider a guided board meeting or retreat devoted to clarifying board and staff roles, empowering everyone to take ownership of organizational fundraising, and rediscovering the “why” that fuels your common purpose.*

    • $300 per board meeting

    • $1000 for a half-day board fundraising retreat

    • $1500 for a full-day board fundraising retreat

    *Are there other topics that would be more helpful for you and your board? Each meeting is completely customizable to suit your needs.

  • A financially strong organization has a wide and deep donor base that is committed to supporting you year in and year out. I will assess your current practices, create new systems, and help implement your new annual giving program.

    The program will be personal, intentional, and true to your community. I help you craft messages, segment donors, and build a communication strategy that will foster lifelong donor engagement.

    $100 per hour; minimum of 20 hours a month. At the end of our time together, you will have received:

    • Written plan

    • Segmentation tools

    • Direct mail and mass email templates

    • 3 months of implementation guidance

  • Well-trained volunteers are your organization’s most enthusiastic and cost-effective champions. Build a volunteer program where people feel welcomed, supported, and set up to succeed.

    In this 6-month course, I help you match strengths to roles and create simple systems that build a culture where volunteers feel valued and respected.

    $7000 per course; 3 hours a week for 24 weeks

    • Written plan that includes clearly defined volunteer roles custom to your organization.

    • 2 “Train the trainer” sessions.

    • 3 months of implementation mentorship.
